Sleep data not match between Apple Health vs A1C Insight at wellness outlook

I found my sleep data on my apple health vs wellness outlook inside app not match. Apple health sleep for 7 hours, while at wellness outlook just read for 4 hours, causing on sleep debt. While sleep time inside app homepage already correct with apple health (7 hours)
